Online Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before making an online booking.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation. This allows enough time for check-in and for our team to show you to your room before your session starts.
If you or any member of your group arrives late, we cannot guarantee that the full karaoke session can be completed. Late arrival does not automatically extend or move the session time.
ID Requirements and Responsible Service of Alcohol
Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must present valid identification when requested. Student cards are not accepted as proof of age. Game Republic may also request identification where required by law or venue entry conditions.
Accepted forms of identification may include:
- Australian driver licence or learner permit
- Foreign driver licence
- Passport from any country
- Australian proof-of-age card
- Australia Post Keypass identity card
- Australia Post Keypass digital ID
- South Australian digital driver licence
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, deposit and refund conditions are determined by the booking conditions shown in TableCheck at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.
Where the applicable booking condition states that cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, no refund will be provided for cancellations made within that period.
Bookings may only be changed using the booking amendment link provided by SMS or in the booking confirmation. Changes must be made within the applicable notice period and are subject to availability, pricing and the conditions shown in TableCheck.
The cancellation, deposit, refund and amendment conditions shown in TableCheck take priority for the relevant booking. These terms do not replace or override the conditions displayed during the booking process.
Minors
Guests under 18 are welcome before 5:00pm when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Guests under 18 may attend during other trading hours only when attending a bona fide private function, such as a birthday party, and where the applicable legal and venue requirements are met.
The parent, legal guardian or responsible adult remains responsible for complying with all venue requirements relating to minors.
Food and Drinks
Outside drinks are not permitted, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Outside food or external catering may be permitted for selected private functions with prior approval. External catering must be supplied by an appropriately licensed provider.
Voucher Rules
The following voucher conditions apply:
- For Hourly Room Hire, the total eligible booking spend before the voucher is applied must reach at least $65.
- For Minimum Spend bookings, the full applicable room minimum must be reached before the voucher is applied to the final bill.
- Each booking is limited to one voucher.
- The voucher holder must be present in person.
- Welcome Vouchers and Birthday Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
- Voucher use remains subject to room availability, booking conditions and any conditions printed on the voucher.
Prices, Deposits and Booking Conditions
Prices, deposits, minimum spends, cancellation conditions and time conditions are those displayed in TableCheck at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.
The information on this page must be read together with the current TableCheck booking information. If any price, deposit, cancellation period or time condition changes in TableCheck, the updated TableCheck condition applies to the relevant booking.
Customers should check the final booking summary and confirmation before completing payment.

Price and availability information may change without notice.
Game Republic Karaoke Entertainment Centre accepts no responsibility for personal property brought into the venue.
The manager on duty reserves the right to allocate patrons to activities and rooms where reasonably necessary.
All guests must comply with reasonable directions from venue staff and with applicable venue, licensing and safety requirements.
