We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your karaoke session if you or any guest in your group is late.

Everyone will need a valid form of ID to enter the venue at all times. ID must be produced upon request.

We accept Australian driver licence or learner permit; Foreign drive licence; Passport(from any country); Adult proof of age card; Australia Post key pass identity card; Australia Post key pass(digital ID); South Australia Driver Licence(digital ID). We will not provide refunds for people who have booked online and refused entry due to not able to presenting a legal ID.

Guests will not be permitted into our venue if they are intoxicated. We will not provide refunds for people who have booked online and are refused entry due to intoxication.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of your booking.

To change a booking, you can amend by using the link you received for SMS at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price.

Under 18s are welcome in Game Republic Karaoke before 5pm, however they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Under 18s are permitted in Game Republic Karaoke at all hours the business if trading only if they are attending a bonafide private function (Birthday party etc).
